Your Export Plan
Written and Reviewed in Only Two Days & Ready for Immediate Implementation!
This workshop is for participants who are committed to taking immediate and intensive action in selling internationally, and features two days of intensive, step-by-step development of your new Export Plan in an interactive peer-group setting.
Prior to the event, participants will be sent an Export Plan template in order to:
- Understand the components we will be covering prior to the workshop
- Complete the information on the more basic questions
- Highlight the key points that they will wish to focus on during the workshop
During the workshop a Powerpoint presentation will anchor the development and discussion of the elements of each participant’s Export Plan. Laptop computers are mandatory for each participant, enabling each participant to continually develop their plans as we progress, resulting in a finished product they will take away with them that is ready for immediate implementation.

Participants will generate and depart with a written plan that will be presented to – and constructively reviewed and critiqued by – both the expert international trade facilitator and the other group members – ready for immediate implementation upon their return to their offices. The Export Plan will include a step-by-step Implementation Plan that identifies specific tasks, their associated target achievement dates, and those responsible for ensuring that the tasks are completed. Post-workshop support is available for participants. |
